San Juan, Vice President for Student Affairs, emphasized the importance of the orientation, highlighting how the initiative promotes efficiency, automation, and transparency in the disbursement of government-funded scholarships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Marivic V. Iriberri, OIC Office of the Director IV, represented by Dr. Clarissa C. Alvarez, Officer-in-Charge, Supervising Education Program Specialist, underscored that directing financial assistance through ATM accounts significantly reduces bottlenecks and administrative delays that may affect students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She further noted that the system ensures faster and more secure release of funds, minimizes manual processing errors, and provides students with convenient, direct access to their financial assistance.
