Overview
The Journal of Education and Language Studies is a peer-reviewed and open access publication of original and innovative research in education and language studies. This site serves as a platform for educators and researchers from the Philippines and possibly other Asia-Pacific regions to publish their empirical and theoretical studies in the following fields: educational administration, inclusive and special education, early childhood study and development, English language teaching, language studies, Filipino language teaching, and social studies education.
The journal publishes articles that account for original and innovative research studies employing diverse research tools and analytical lenses from various disciplines (i.e., cognitive science, psychology, history, sociology, philosophy, political science, applied linguistics, and the like) to investigate and illuminate educational processes and their outcomes.
An article should contain 6,000-8,000 words (including the references section).
This journal is published twice a year, every 28th of January and 28th of July, with a limited target of 8 articles per publication to ensure a higher quality in the review process. Strictly, no fees shall be collected from the authors.
