This achievement reaffirms WMSU’s dedication to maintaining top-notch quality management systems for the provision of Higher Education Services.The meticulous surveillance audit, carried out from August 2 to August 5, 2023, encompassed a comprehensive evaluation of WMSU’s academic programs, administrative processes, and documentation. This audit forms a crucial part of WMSU’s ongoing pursuit of ISO 9001:2015 recertification, emphasizing the institution’s dedication to continual improvement and adherence to international quality standards.

Adapting to the digital era, the audit incorporated online interviews, complete with multimedia presentations that included photos, videos, and documents shared on screens. This innovative approach allowed for a thorough assessment while recognizing the evolving landscape of education and certification processes.

Notable among the institutions audited were the College of Public Administration and Development Studies, College of Sports Science and Physical Education, College of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and the College of Agriculture, all of which underwent rigorous evaluations to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
