University President Dr. Ma. Carla A. Ochotorena, Regional Chairperson of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC), participates in the PASUC Midterm Convention and General Assembly held at the SMX Convention Center in Manila from July 9 to 11, 2025.
Themed “Forging the Future: Empowering SUCs through Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence,” the convention aims to foster collaboration and generate innovative ideas among leaders of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and key stakeholders.
The event focuses on developing forward-looking policies and transformative initiatives encompassing strategic investments, digital transformation, human capital development, sustainability, global competitiveness, innovation, research collaboration, and transformational governance.
