The Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) United General Alumni Association Inc. held its dinner for a cause, themed โRetro Rhythms: An Evening of Dance, Music & Memories,โ on October 9, 2026, at the Dr. Juanito Bruno Gymnasium as part of its fundraising efforts and preparations for the upcoming alumni celebration in December.
The event brought together alumni and guests for an evening of music, dance, and fellowship, with proceeds intended to support the associationโs initiatives.
Project Manager Atty. Haydee Gretchen Panganiban, representing Association President Atty. Florencio Leong, welcomed the attendees and highlighted the gathering as an opportunity to celebrate friendship, reconnect with fellow alumni, and strengthen their ties with the university.
She encouraged attendees to enjoy the evening, create new memories, and support the associationโs cause. She also expressed her gratitude to the organizers, sponsors, and guests, as well as WMSU President Dr. Ma. Carla A. Ochotorena, for their support in making the event possible.
