Western Mindanao State University wraps up February on a victorious note as it celebrates 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐏. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐲, who 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with a score of 𝟖𝟐.𝟓𝟔%.
