𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐕𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The WMSUUGAAI proudly invites all WMSU Colleges to participate in the Alumni Memory Lane AVP Competition as part of this year’s Homecoming Celebration.

The competition aims to highlight the experiences, milestones, and enduring spirit of our alumni through a creative and nostalgic audio-visual presentation.

Theme: “Memory Lane: Our Journey, Our Legacy.”

AVP Duration: 3–5 minutes

Submission Deadline: December 4, 2025

Format: MP4, 1080p, landscape orientation

Eligibility: One (1) entry per College or WMSU recognized Student Organization

Entries may include:

• Old photos, videos, messages, batch highlights, achievements, or story-based narratives

• Optional background music (must be royalty-free or properly credited)

• Narration and text overlays

Prohibited Content:

• Political, offensive, or defamatory material

• Copyrighted music or footage without proper permission

Submission Guidelines

• Submit entries via Google Drive link, USB, or the designated submission portal.

• Filename format: COLLEGE_MemoryLaneAVP

Grounds for Disqualification

• Late submission

• Violation of content rules

• Use of copyrighted material without permission

• Misrepresentation of group identity

Prizes

• 1st Place: ₱10,000.00

• 2nd Place: ₱8,000.00

• 3rd Place: ₱5,000.00

Winners will be announced during the Alumni Homecoming Program on December 5, 2025, at the Grandstand.
