The Western Mindanao Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (WESMAARRDEC) convenes its member agencies, researchers, and partner institutions for the 2nd General Assembly, the 2025 Regional Symposium on Research and Development Highlights (RSRDH), and the celebration of its 38th Founding Anniversary.
βThis three-in-one event, held on November 21 at the JH Cerilles State College Pagadian Campus, serves as a unified platform designed to enhance knowledge sharing, deepen collaboration, and reinforce the regionβs collective commitment to advancing research and development in the Zambasulta.
βA major highlight of the activity is the RSRDH, where participating institutions present outstanding accomplishments in the Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources (AANR) sector. Research papers, technology-based initiatives, development interventions, and poster exhibits showcase the breadth of scientific work being undertaken across the region. The symposium continues to provide a conducive space for scholarly dialogue, peer evaluation, and recognition of exemplary outputs that contribute to AANR advancement.
βThe General Assembly plays a vital role in updating member agencies on consortium achievements, ongoing programs, and strategic priorities.
