In a display of intellectual prowess, Ali Nour Khamar Abubakar led the Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) to victory at the Dia de Zamboanga Quiz Bowl Competition.
Abubakar, a 4th year BA Political Science student, showcased his exceptional knowledge and quick thinking throughout the competition. His victory not only highlights his brainpower but also underscores the academic strength of a true Crimson.
The Dia de Zamboanga Quiz Bee Competition serves as a platform to nurture and showcase the intellectual acumen of Zamboanga City’s youth. Beyond mere competition, it aims to foster a culture of learning and academic excellence among the city’s student population.
He is mentored by Dr. Ryan Biong, History Department Chairperson from the College of Liberal Arts. The event, held at the Sangguniang Panglungsod, saw participation from 10 tertiary schools within the city. (PAO-LMP)
