A fireworks Display will take place at the Joaquin F. Enriquez Memorial Sports Complex (Grandstand), Normal Road, Baliwasan from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday, December 13, 2024, in line with the 105th Grand Alumni Homecoming 2024 of Western Mindanao State University (WMSU).
Residents and business establishments near grandstand are reminded to anticipate loud noises and flashes of lights during the fireworkโs display.
