Today, we honor the 5th anniversary of Dr. Ma. Carla A. Ochotorena as the 6th President of Western Mindanao State Universityโfive years of vision, resilience, and groundbreaking achievements.

Consistent board topnotchers and outstanding licensure examination performance
She also championed global partnerships, digital transformation, advanced infrastructure and facilities, and the establishment of the WMSU College of Medicine, all while representing the university with pride on national and international stages.
