The GPTA (General Parents-Teachers Association) of the Integrated Laboratory School (ILS) Elementary Department demonstrated its staunch support for the WMSU (Western Mindanao State University) administration during a courtesy visit on October 23, 2025. The delegation, led by GPTA President Dr. Victor Liozo, Jr., met with the WMSU President, Dr. Ma Carla A Ochotorena, at the President’s Office to formally renew their vow of commitment and support. This significant gesture reaffirms the association’s dedication to working hand-in-hand with the university to ensure the continued welfare and academic success of all pupils within the ILS Elementary Department.
Dr. Liozo, Jr. conveyed the association’s unified commitment, highlighting the GPTAโs readiness to actively participate in programs and initiatives that align with the administrationโs goals for educational excellence and pupil well-being. This renewed pledge is particularly meaningful as it underscores the vital partnership between parents, teachers, and the university leadership, recognizing that a supportive environment is crucial for fostering holistic development. Also present during the courtesy call was the ILS Elementary Principal, Dr. Ma. Nora D.
