WMSU Observes Ease of Doing Business Month with Renewed Commitment to Good Governance

Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) proudly welcomes the month of May with the observance of Ease of Doing Business Month, themed โ€œFrom Red Tape to Red Carpet.โ€ This initiative is in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 818, issued on March 3, 2025, which mandates all government agencies and SUCs to promote integrity, transparency, and efficiency while actively combating graft and corruption.

University President Dr. Ma. Carla A. Ochotorena commended Dr. Joselito D. Madroรฑal, Vice President for Administration and Finance, and his team for successfully launching the month-long celebration, which began with a ceremonial commencement during the flag-raising ceremony, reaffirming the administrationโ€™s commitment to good governance and quality public service.
