Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) held its Baccalaureate Service for the Class of 2025 on May 23 at the Dr. Juanito A. Bruno Gymnasium, with the theme “Nurturing Excellence, Championing Peace, and Advancing Global Progress.”
Spearheaded by University President Dr. Ma. Carla A. Ochotorena, the solemn yet uplifting event brought together students, faculty, and staff to honor the academic journey and spiritual grounding of the graduating class. The ceremony served not only as a celebration of achievements but also as a spiritual send-off as students prepare to embark on their professional and personal paths beyond the university.
Inspirational messages were delivered by Reverend Isagani Bucoy Dalogdog Jr., Sheik Ali Imram Al-Raschid Arsad, and Senior Pastor Daryl Jane Barrios, who emphasized the importance of faith, purpose, and peace as students step into adulthood.
